Yoga has been in my life for more than fifteen years. In 2020, during the pandemic, and at a difficult time in my life personally, I started taking my practice more seriously and trained to become a yoga teacher. I find yoga to be healing, inspiring and enriching, all at the same time.

When it comes to anxiety, I believe that yoga is a superpower. My practice has helped me through so much and it has been a labor of love to create this course for anyone who is on a journey with anxiety. Whilst I cannot claim that this course will “cure” your anxiety completely – I hope that it will arm you with therapeutic yoga techniques for your anxiety toolkit and either start or enhance your love for yoga.
